Cool your body by showering or swimming in the pool again.
Continue to lower your body temperature by lying down for 10 to 20 minutes.
* Then, re-enter the sauna (in this second session, take a small amount of water with added sauna perfume from a wooden bucket using a ladle and pour it onto the hot stones to increase the humidity in the sauna, and massage your body with a massage brush or a natural brush made of plant leaves).
* After the sauna session, get out and rest for about 20 minutes. First, wash with soap using hot water, then shower with cold water (to close the pores of the skin), and dress after your body has completely cooled down.
* Finally, eat something light but salty to replenish the salt and water lost from the body, and drink plenty of water or fruit juice.
Before entering the sauna, remove clothing and items such as glasses, contact lenses, jewelry, and watches (These can cause discomfort and damage in the high heat).
* Take a nice shower with soap and water. Enter the sauna naked, taking only a towel with you.
* Depending on the current temperature, settle into one of the sitting or lying bunk beds (upper bunk beds will be warmer).
* After 5 to 15 minutes, when you start sweating naturally, leave the sauna (Caution! Staying in the sauna for less than 5 minutes is not beneficial, and staying for more than 30 minutes is dangerous).
