SAUNA
At temperatures of 50°-60°C and a maximum humidity of 50%, the sauna is enriched with complementary therapies such as light effects, aromatherapy, color therapy, and music meditation.
Experts report that the sauna, which helps release hormones that relax the body, also greatly contributes to the elimination of toxins from the body. Kalaycıoğlu emphasized that those who want a quality life must adopt regular eating habits, stating, "Eating habits should include all the food groups the body needs. Individuals should choose to maintain regular and healthy eating habits not just for a short time, but for life."
Pointing out that the second fundamental rule of healthy living is exercise, Kalaycıoğlu said that individuals should seek professional help to determine the sport that suits them, adding, "Individuals should make a choice that they can sustain for life, taking into account criteria such as lifestyle, working conditions, and healthcare facilities."
Kalaycıoğlu stated that the body can be exposed to toxins, saying, "There are toxins in the air we breathe, in the food we eat, especially in foods with additives. These substances, which gradually lead to poisoning, accumulate in our bodies over time. These substances need to be eliminated from the body in some way. Exercise helps to remove these substances from the body through sweat."
Explaining that the body tries to eliminate these substances with the help of the liver or kidneys, Kalaycıoğlu continued:
"The liver gets tired while trying to eliminate these substances.
It eliminates a certain amount, but it cannot eliminate some.
Thus, without realizing it, we tire the organs, especially the liver. One of the effective ways to remove toxins from the body is the sauna. The sauna eliminates toxins from the body through sweat, without tiring the body. In this way, we get rid of toxins that can harm the body without putting a strain on the liver." "We also have a great benefit for the body."
Stating that saunas relax blood circulation, Kalaycıoğlu said, "Saunas should definitely be used because they prevent the accumulation of lactic acid, a substance that causes muscle cramps.
It allows the body to release hormones that make the person feel more relaxed. We can eliminate toxins that enter our bodies without our knowledge and gradually lead to poisoning by regularly using the sauna. At least one day a week should definitely be spent in the sauna."
